Method
- Weigh out 80g of plain flour into a bowl and make a small well in the centre of the bowl.
- Crack the eggs into the well and mix until the flour is combined with the egg.
- Measure and add your bubble tea to the flour and egg mix, bubbles optional.
- Whisk well until a smooth, slightly runny batter is formed.
- Heat your frying pan on a medium heat and add a splash of oil if needed.
- Once the pan has heated through, ladle a small amount of batter into the centre of the pan.
- Cook for approximately 1 minute and flip. Cook for another minute until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
