Cooking Instructions

For best results, cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost, adjust cooking times accordingly. Remove all packaging. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. Cooking instructions are a guideline only.

Steamer: From frozen: Line steamer with greaseproof paper & preheat. Place Bao Buns in the steamer and cover with lid. Steam for 8-10 minutes. Be careful of hot steam when removing Bao Buns.

From Chilled: Defrost at room temperature for 2 hours. Line steamer with greaseproof paper & preheat. Place Bao Buns in the steamer and cover with lid. Steam for 5-7 minutes. Be careful of hot steam when removing Bao Buns.

Microwave 800W: From frozen: Place 2 Bao Buns onto a microwavable container, cover and cook for 30-50 seconds.
