Steamer: From frozen: Line steamer with greaseproof paper & preheat. Place Bao Buns in the steamer and cover with lid. Steam for 8-10 minutes. Be careful of hot steam when removing Bao Buns.
From chilled: Defrost at room temperature for 2 hours. Line steamer with greaseproof paper & preheat. Place Bao Buns in the steamer and cover with lid. Steam for 5-7 minutes. Be careful of hot steam when removing Bao Buns.
Microwave 800W: From frozen: Place 2 Bao Buns onto a microwavable container, cover and cook for 30-50 seconds.
